I was new to linux, so I did have some problems making modules. But I was able to make modules by typing like this. > cd /usr/src/linux > su root (you have to be super user to do it) > cp config_ps2 .config(type this line) > make dep > make modules > make modules_install > reboot And if you have problems with uploading your smap.c because of your network I suggest using open projects about recognizing ext2(Linux hdd) hdd in Windows. There are couple of projects on the web. And I was able to upload to ps2 linux hdd by drag and drop(as slave hdd of window hdd). By the way, My ps2 is one of the 50000 series(network adapter included version, network adapter serial: SCPH-10350). And I used Western Digital hdd 80GB. I hope this thread helps you on starting ps2 linux adapter driver to work. And Thank again.:)
