SUBJECT: RE: eth0 - Link not valid, my personal hell!Bummer, I have the same problem. Just finished installing last night (for some reason it also refused to work with a Quantum Fireball SE, but luckily a 13GB Fujitsu drive worked, I also bought a brand new 80GB WD Caviar for this, but the connector setup is wrong, data and power are roughly 3mm too far apart).
I've got a brand new network adapter, maybe that's the culprit? There's a short flash of light on the adaptor in bootup, but then nothing.
What's the best solution for getting in the patch (and which patch?). Will PS2 read a CD-R?
