Summary:Spelling is definitely a problem

Hi everyone,

Even though Mozilla 1.7 hasn't been released yet, Mozilla.org has provided Mozilla 1.8 alpha source code. I've gone ahead and made a build, and it seems to work very well.

Except for spelling.

I'm getting the same "nsNativeComponentLoader: SelfRegisterDll(libmyspell.so) Load FAILED with error: /home/paulp/moztest/components/libmyspell.so: undefined symbol: , version EXPORTED" error that I saw with Thunderbird 0.6. My guess is that something has changed in the libmyspell.so library that has broken PlayStation 2 Linux builds.

I'll zip this alpha up for people to download and test. I'll also send some feedback to Mozilla.org and see if we can find a patch for this.

Cheers,
Paul
