Summary:Firefox 1.5? Yup!
Hi everyone,
Okay - I managed to build Firefox 1.5. It took quite a bit of fiddling, and you'll need some new libraries to run it.
The only thing that puzzles me is the browser title is Deer Park. I thought I had all of the build flags set correctly, but I'm guessing I didn't.
I'll have some binaries posted shortly. Stay tuned!
UPDATE: Binary is posted. I manually copied the necessary libraries (gtk, pango, atk, etc) into the tarball. So - you should be able to run it normally.
Give it a try and let me know what you think.
NOTE: Even though it says it's Deer Park - it *is* Firefox 1.5. At least - I built it from the official source.
