SUBJECT: What an ordeal....First we had to wait for the disk - fair enough.
Second we had to wait for a voucher - well, okay.
Third, now I have to wait for a damned PIN number by mail.
This isn't Fort Knox I'm trying to access. If the link is so secure with my personal details, which frankly I find more important that Sonys details (funny that), then why can't the PIN be transmitted to me over the same "secure" link.
Is Sony trying to hide that it's not really all that secure!! |
