SUBJECT: RE: Still doesn't seem to be fixed

I don't want to get into a flamewar over something so stupid... it's just that it seems pretty obvious to me that this shouldn't have to be asked for to begin with, really. I didn't ask for it explicitly because I didn't know it needed to be asked *for* until just now.

When designing a website, it's a good idea to not assume that everyone reading it knows where everything is. Before today I couldn't even find the forums! It might seem obvious to *you* where everything is, but neither I nor my department head could find any of that without guidance, nor could several people on a different web-based forum who were interested in purchasing a kit. Now that I know, I can go ahead and order and tell the other interested people how to go about doing it, but I can't help but wonder how many people are being discouraged from ordering the Linux kit because they simply can't figure out *how*.

Also, the FAQ really needs to be updated. The only reason I even thought to try ordering a Linux kit was because someone was posting to their weblog about their experiences with getting it running.
