Scotland, UK: Abertay University opened a studio of 20 Linux kits this week, supported by SCEE, which will be used by students on their Computer Games Technology course.

That "someone" is the VP of technology for SCEE (and my boss).

His name is Paul Holman, and he opened the lab :)
