Summary:Independant Games Festival

Next year's Independant Games Gestival (http://www.igf.com) will be accepting entries on Linux (for Playstation 2). This means that if your game rocks you could win big prizes (tens of thousands of dollars, computers, etc) as well as get some exposure to game development companies or even have your game picked up by a publisher. Give it a try. At the very least you should have a great time!

SUBJECT: IGF submission info

From the IGF:

You can assume that the judges will have kits with the full Linux
distribution installed, and you should make your game available via FTP. If there are special packages that your software uses, you should indicate that as well.

Does that help?

Best,

Alex
