Sure.

You basically have to configure your PC as a router (on Windows I think the "share my Internet connection" pretty much does this) and then enter your PC's _local_ IP address as the gateway address in you PS2.

If you're using a correctly configured DHCP setup, it should be providing this already.

This information is not specific to PS2 in any way. Setting up a router can be a bit difficult and it's hard to give exact instructions without knowing what kind of network environment you're connecting to. Try to find a generic "how to set up my PC as a router" instructions.

The important bit is that all the difficult stuff is on the machine that's doing the routing (PC in your case). The machines below it (PS2 in your case) basically only need to know the correct gateway address.
