Summary:New Coding for the PlayStation 2 guide

Have you thought about trying to program your PlayStation 2's hardware using your Linux kit, but weren't sure where to get started?
There are a few different approaches you can take to getting started, and a growing number of tools, utilities and tutorials to help you get underway. I've summarised as many as I can in this new guide.
I hope you find it interesting and useful - your feedback is very welcome, and I'll add in any extra suggestions over time.
