Notes:
This patch updates the filesystem support in the Playstation 2 Linux kernel by adding ext3 journalling support. Its a bit experimental and the ext3 (v0.0.7a?) code base is very old, but we have been using it for about three months with a great deal of success (20-30 abrupt power offs a day for weeks at a time). Great for those kernel hackers that don't want to sit through a fsck every time their kernel locks up while testing.
Changes:
- Applied vanilla 0.0.7a ext3 patch to the PS2 Linux kernel
- Did some fixups to make some of the older non-upported parts of the kernel play nicely with ext3
