Notes:
I have now labelled the GIFer as stable, having gone for some time without any bug reports. I have renamed the package to GIFtools to reflect the inclusion of Sauce's GIFexplorer - a program that allows you to explore GIFpackets wither loaded from files or created dynamically, and explore them from within a Gtk window.
Both tool are intended to allow you to analyse GIFpackets and tell you, in plain English, what they're doing, to assist in debugging.
