Notes:
TMS stands for Top Model Striper. It's a Windows (sorry) utility that reads a
series of 3ds files and converts them to a "stripped" format which is very ps2
friendly. See the "Learning" tutorials for samples loading those models
(on CFYC).

- OpenGL preview under Windows.
- Some options, most of then useless.
- LZO compression using minilzo.
- Model striping using NVStrip.
- Strip stitching with ADC bit or degenerate triangles.
- Blinks in taskbar upon completion, which is a good thing since it's quite slow.
