SUBJECT: Which kernel would you recommand

Recently, I was finally able to get my 50000 series ps2 network adapter to work. And I'm now searching for which kernel to install. Can anyone please recommand a kernel which you think the best.
By the way, since I'm trying to use my ps2linux as a webserver I'm very worried about security problems. In this sense it would be best for me that you recommand an updatable kernel.
