SUBJECT: loading textures into the sps2demo framework

Hi ive been having a few problems getting textures to render with the correct colours after converting with the 3dstointmd tool. Ive tried quite a number of different formats, with multiple colour depths, and declared these in the phrase script but i always seem to get a huge amount of green and yellow when its rendered on screen. The included samples are stored in .bin so i cant look at the texture files included with the samples and assertain exactly what format they were saved as, before being converted. Does anyone have an idea where i could be going wrong here?

Iam saving the images in photoshop could this have somthing to do with the order in which it saves the color channels?, all the colours seem to get flipped around but the alpha channel is fine, ive also tried saving in 8bit index colour, same problem.

or could it be the post effects filters?

any help very much appreciated
