SUBJECT: Cannot Compile 2.2.26-xr1 from source
I downloaded the source tarball, kernel-source-2.2.26-xr1.tar.gz and ran the following steps:

tar xzvf kernel-source-2.2.21-xr1.tar.gz
cd kernel-source-2.2.21
cp config_ps2 .config
make
make modules

Then I'm greeted with the following error:
make: *** No rule to make target `include/linux/autoconf.h', needed by `include/
config/MARKER'. Stop.

Anyone have any ideas/suggestions?
