SUBJECT: Installation of Linux Hotfix on PS2

Can someone please help me as I am a new to the whole Linux/PS2 . How can I install the Hotfix for Linux and/ where can I find a comprehensive guide/instructions for the whole concept and where can I can programs which can be installed. Is there a way to connect Linux on PS2 on a PC. I know I am asking a lot but I would very much appreciate any tips or help.
