Who owns the copyright and source code for the xRhino Kernel Project?

The copyright for the code is held by the original author under the GPL. The source code is GPL'd and downloadable by anybody. xRhino claims no ownership to any code in this project, we just want to see the PS2 Linux kernel upgraded to the latest version of the mainstream kernel tree.
