svvudb crashes on WinXP when breakpoint is set on an IBNE

Original Submission:
Whilst stepping through my code corresponding to one of my working VU demos, I found that svvudb will crash if you set a breakpoint on an IBNE instruction and then try to run code to that point.

I am using svvudb to debug remotely running the VU harness on the PS2 and the client on WinXP Home.
